NORA KNIGHT
I am an East Coast-based artist who is deeply passionate about visual storytelling through photography and videography. I'm also a Media Arts Production student at Emerson College studying film with a focus in postproduction and documentary film. I love exploring movement through visual media, especially circus.

I am currently working as the media & marketing coordinator for New York Circus Project for their shows LIQUID and HAMLET. Summer of 2024, I toured New England with the Circus Smirkus Big Top Tour as their communications assistant. During my time at Emerson so far, I have been able to work on several student film projects: serving as the assistant editor for a BFA thesis film lay waste; as a trailer editor for a BA capstone film The Places They Would Go; and as a PA and Sound Recordist for the music video let you down (let you know). In high school, I worked closely with my school’s theatre, dance, and a cappella groups to create promotional videos for their shows.

Most of my projects showcase the performing arts and I love to capture artistic movement. I adore Emerson because I get to be surrounded by talented and passionate artists every day. I participate in a student organization dance group at Emerson, and have participated in dance, theatre, singing, and circus performance throughout my life. While my passion for the arts started on stage, I now prefer to help others shine through my lens and storytelling.
